To arrange your household removal date, simply contact our office to book a visit from our experienced survey staff, who will visit your home and discuss your requirements to ensure that our quotation reflects the service you really want. A survey enables our trained representative to quantify the equipment we will require and the time required to complete your removal.
Once you have received the quote and decided to use Greens Removals for your house move you will need to contact the office to check availability of your preferred move date. If possible, please have your reference number available, this can be found on the quote itself.
Once your preferred date has been confirmed as available, you may be able to provisionally book this date (if all parties have not yet confirmed your preferred date). Provisional bookings are not guaranteed and cannot be considered a definite date until we have received payment. Dates are sold on a first come, first served basis, and provisional bookings may be overridden at peak periods, until confirmed and paid.
For a definite booking please call and make a deposit payment and return the 'Acceptance of Quotation' form as soon as possible. Please fill in the box stating the value of your goods. You may either post, fax or scan the form into your computer and email it to us. Unfortunately we cannot move you until we have received this back in the office as this forms part of our contract with you.
Please fill in the Delivery Instruction sheet that can be found within this quotation and return it along with your acceptance of quotation.
Following the receipt of your acceptance we will confirm your booking in writing.

The BAR Code of conduct says that if your BAR remover cancels a removal more than 10 days before the agreed date for the work it must pay you back everything you paid to them. If it cancels less than 10 days before the agreed date it must pay you 150% of the monies paid. This means that you can be confident that your BAR remover will arrive to do the work on the agreed date.
If your BAR member is not able to do the work on the agreed day or pay the 150% refund, the BAR Pre-payment Protection Scheme will be speedily activated to have the work completed by another member or provide you with a full refund.
